What will you learn and do?

Provide support to the Operations area, learning about the different team positions (traffic, planning, SAE).

Take part in the control and monitoring of the vehicle fleet, verifying that schedules and routes are correctly followed.

Collaborate with Planning and HR in organizing the daily driver service.

Support the recording and reporting of operational incidents: vehicle or driver changes, adjustments, stop cancellations, etc.

Provide direct support to drivers, resolving queries and providing operational information.

Provide information for the management and resolution of complaints.

Manage and control the daily documentation generated (reports, records, infringement bulletins), ensuring it is correctly forwarded to the relevant departments.

Learn about and participate in the SAE area, gaining knowledge of the systems, procedures, and working methodology.

Collaborate with the Planning area, understanding the service design processes.

Support the Tenders area in preparing economic studies and analyzing tender specifications.

Coordinate with the Maintenance area to understand the Maintenance–Operations interface and its impact on the service.

Monitor and analyze commercial and demand data, with special attention to occupancy rates, efficiency, and supply parameters.

Participate, where possible, in meetings with the Works Council to learn about its dynamics and content.

Coordinate the training pathway with Corporate Operations to gain a broad, coordinated view of the group, including the use of specific tools, etc.
