Requirements

What we're looking for

You have between 2 and 3 years of real experience conceptualizing and creating content on social platforms, ideally in agencies or for advertisers.
You are a person virtuous in rhythm and transitions in CapCut, you record with your phone with aesthetic judgment, and you move with ease in fast design environments like Canva or similar.
You possess a deep knowledge of internet culture. You perfectly understand how algorithms operate, mastering visual codes, narratives, and timing.

Nice to have

It will add many points if you actively manage your own community, you have the confidence and predisposition to be the visible face in front of the camera, and you have experience creating content in the sports or entertainment territories.
You have previous experience managing sports accounts and/or sports media.
You have a deep knowledge of fan culture and the community language on X and Twitch.
You have performed Community Management functions in real time, especially during the live broadcast of matches or events.

At We Are Social Madrid, we are looking for our next Social Creative/Content Creator: a digital native profile, with quick reflexes and enough creative spark to detect trends and convert them into high-impact content for our clients.

If the TikTok ecosystem is your natural habitat, you master vertical video narrative, and you speak the language of memes with total fluency, keep reading!

What you'll do

You will be in charge of creating content and audiovisual formats specifically designed to conquer the TikTok and Instagram (Reels) algorithms, ensuring pieces that breathe 100% the language and visual codes of each platform.
You will keep your radar always active to identify trends, viral audios, and memes, instantly translating them into ingenious content that boosts brand identity organically.
You will pick up your phone to record, direct, and edit vertical video with impeccable rhythm, covering everything from events to dynamic street-level formats.
You will connect proactively, quickly, and creatively with the community during the broadcast of matches or key events.
