A Finques Feliu, del grup Housfy, ens trobem en la cerca d'un/a administratiu/va de finques amb experiència en propietat horitzontal, que s'incorpori al nostre equip.
Descripció del lloc
Com a gestor/a de propietat horitzontal seràs responsable de la gestió administrativa de comunitats de propietaris, assegurant que es compleixin totes les normatives legals i estatutàries.
Responsabilitats
- Atenció al client: telefònica i presencial.
- Gestió d'incidències: alta, seguiment i tancament d'incidències tècniques del departament (obres, reparacions, sol·licitud de pressupostos, etc.).
- Gestió de claus i comandaments: recepció i custòdia dels comandaments i claus de les comunitats.
- Llibres d'actes: responsable de tenir tots els llibres d'actes actualitzats.
- Enviament de circulars: segons demanda i procediment d'enviament de correspondència.
- Assegurances: obertura, seguiment i tancament de sinistres.
- Suport a l'administrador: donar compliment als acords de JGO / JGE pel que fa a la sol·licitud de pressupostos de reparacions i a les accions urgents d'intervenció per incidències.
Requisits
- Català i castellà nadius.
- Experiència mínima de 2 anys en gestió d'incidències de comunitats o sinistres d'assegurances de la llar.
- Molt valorable tenir experiència amb el programa TAAF, Gesfincas i/o similar.
- Proactivitat, organització, responsabilitat i capacitat de treballar en equip.
Oferim
- Contracte indefinit.
- Horari: de dilluns a dijous de 8:30h a 18:00h; Divendres de 8:30h a 15h.
- Salari acord a experiència i responsabilitats.
