A Housfy continuem creixent i, en aquesta ocasió, busquem incorporar un/a Administratiu/va de Finques per formar part de l'equip de Finques Feliu, una de les empreses del grup especialitzades en la gestió de comunitats de propietaris.
Què faràs en el teu dia a dia?
La persona seleccionada formarà part de l'equip de propietat horitzontal i participarà en la gestió i seguiment de les diferents necessitats de les comunitats:
- Atenció i resolució de consultes de propietaris, tant telefònicament com presencialment.
- Gestió i seguiment d'incidències relacionades amb manteniment, reparacions i obres.
- Sol·licitud i seguiment de pressupostos amb proveïdors.
- Coordinació i seguiment de sinistres amb les companyies asseguradores.
- Gestió i custòdia de claus i comandaments de les comunitats.
- Manteniment i actualització dels llibres d'actes.
- Preparació i enviament de circulars i comunicacions als propietaris.
- Suport a l'administrador/a en el compliment dels acords adoptats en JGO/JGE i en la gestió d'actuacions urgents.
Què busquem?
- Català i castellà nadius.
- Mínim 2 anys d'experiència en administració de finques, gestió d'incidències de comunitats o gestió de sinistres d'assegurances de la llar.
- Es valorarà especialment l'experiència amb TAAF, Gesfincas o altres eines de gestió de finques.
- Persona organitzada, resolutiva i proactiva, amb capacitat per gestionar diferents tasques simultàniament.
- Bona orientació al client i capacitat de treballar en equip.
Què t'oferim?
- Contracte indefinit.
- Horari de dilluns a dijous de 8:30h a 18:00h i divendres de 8:30h a 15:00h.
- Salari en funció de l'experiència i les responsabilitats del perfil.
- Incorporació a Finques Feliu, empresa del grup Housfy i referent en el sector immobiliari.
- Possibilitats de desenvolupament i creixement professional dins del grup.
- Ubicació: Cornellà de Llobregat.
