Bring your industry experience. Help make robotic layout standard practice across industrial projects worldwide

The role

Global Industrial HP SitePrint Segment Manager - Manufacturing, Warehousing & Intralogistics

Help shape how factories, warehouses and logistics facilities are built and equipped.

Do you understand how industrial facilities move from design to installation? Have you worked with manufacturers, warehouse operators, intralogistics integrators or material handling companies? Can you turn that industry knowledge into a global growth strategy?

HP SitePrint brings robotic automation to on-site layout, transferring digital plans directly onto floors to guide installation teams. We are looking for a Global Industrial Segment Manager to grow its adoption across manufacturing, warehousing and intralogistics.

You will help industrial customers and their partners improve how they lay out racking, conveyors, automation systems, production equipment and other facility infrastructure.

This is a global commercial role with ownership of the industrial segment strategy, business plan and growth results. Your mission will be to make the segment ready to sell in every priority region and turn successful first deployments into standard use across customers' projects and facilities.

What you'll do

1. Own the global industrial segment strategy and business plan

  • Define where to compete: priority applications, sub-segments, countries, customers and partners.
  • Assess market potential and translate it into a business plan with clear targets, actions and resource needs.
  • Own the global robot sales target for the industrial segment, working with regional sales teams and partners to deliver results.
  • Track performance, identify gaps and lead actions to accelerate growth.
  • Identify and engage strategic manufacturers, warehouse operators, intralogistics integrators, material handling suppliers and industrial installation companies.
  • Understand who specifies, purchases, installs and operates equipment, and where robotic layout creates value in their workflows.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across engineering, project delivery, operations, procurement and executive leadership.
  • Work with regional Business Developers and Channel Managers to develop strategic accounts and opportunities.
  • Map customers' sites, business units and project networks to expand successful deployments across countries and facilities.
  • Build a repeatable approach to move customers from an initial pilot to regular use across projects.
  • Work with customers to define pilot objectives, success criteria, business cases and rollout plans.
  • Demonstrate measurable value through installation productivity, layout accuracy, reduced rework and faster project delivery.
  • Help customers incorporate HP SitePrint into their project standards, installation processes and supplier requirements.
  • Develop scalable delivery models, including direct customer adoption and deployment through installation partners or layout service providers.
  • Develop clear value propositions for priority industrial applications and customer profiles.
  • Create practical sales tools with Marketing and pre-sales: presentations, ROI models, demo scenarios, case studies and competitive positioning.
  • Train regional teams and dealers on industrial workflows, buyer needs and opportunity qualification.
  • Support country business plans and review the industrial sales pipeline with regional Business Developers.
  • Bring segment priorities into dealer and partner business plans.
  • Develop and execute an industrial segment marketing plan with Marketing and channel teams.
  • Identify the industry events, associations and networks that reach relevant buyers and project influencers.
  • Build customer references and success stories that support adoption across the industry.
  • Represent HP SitePrint in customer meetings, industry events and partner forums.
  • Develop relationships with service providers that can support industrial customers across multiple projects and locations.
  • Capture customer feedback, workflow requirements and barriers to adoption.
  • Work with Product Management and technical teams to prioritize improvements that unlock industrial applications.
  • Share market insights, competitor developments and emerging opportunities with the wider HP SitePrint team.
