Requirements

What we're looking for

●Degree in Building Construction or similar.

●At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of plans and technical documentation in Urban Planning projects.

●Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.

●Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint for the preparation of presentations and client deliverables.

●Extensive experience in layout with MS Word is essential.

●Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.

●A creative, inquisitive, and committed person.

Nice to have

●Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools will be valued.

The role

At IDDTEK, we are looking to incorporate an Urban Planning Drafter into our Industrial Plants and Infrastructure unit, with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and experience in the preparation and layout of technical and graphic documentation.

The selected person will be responsible for the development and modification of plans in urban planning and infrastructure projects, as well as preparing documentation, images, and presentations for client deliveries, ensuring their technical and visual quality, from Madrid.

What you'll do

The selected person will perform the following functions within the team:

●Prepare, modify, and update plans in AutoCAD following the instructions of the technical team.

●Develop construction details and graphic documentation for projects.

●Prepare the visual presentation of plans and images.

●Prepare and layout PowerPoint presentations for client deliverables.

●Layout technical documentation in MS Word, ensuring a clear structure and format coherence.

●Organize and manage CAD files and graphic resources.

●Collaborate with the technical team in the preparation of final documentation for the client.
