Requirements
What we're looking for
●Vocational Training (FP) Level 2 or Technical Engineering.
●Proven experience in three-dimensional programming in PC-DMIS and HEXAGON machines.
●Experience with HP-S-X1-H sensors (continuous contact scanning) and HP-L-10.10T (non-contact laser measurement).
●Experience with handling variable assignments, expressions, flow controls (IF, ELSE, SELECT CASE, loops and subroutines) and automation of complex programs.
●Knowledge of the ASME Y14.5 drawing interpretation standard (or ISO standard in its absence)
●Fluent English at a technical level.
●On a personal level, they must be a Proactive person, accustomed to Teamwork and with high Commitment to the achievement of the set objectives.

The role
At IDDTEK, we are looking to incorporate a Senior PC-DMIS Metrology Programmer into our Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 unit.

What you'll do
●Join IDDTEK's Advanced Manufacturing Unit with more than 40 specialists to develop Aerospace projects.
●Participate in the development of repair and overhaul processes for aircraft engine components.
The selected person will join the IDDTEK Madrid team to develop the following functions:
●Program HEXAGON coordinate measuring machines using PC-DMIS, both off-line and on-line.
●Analyze drawings and specifications of aeronautical components, primarily according to ASME Y14.5
●Improve measurement and programming processes in the workshop.
●Collaborate closely with CNC Programmers and Process Engineers to achieve milestones.
●Carry out continuous improvement actions in operating procedures.
