Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Technical training, Engineering, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Manager, Development Manager, KAM, or similar role in technology consulting/engineering.
  • Solid commercial capacity and results orientation.
  • Experience in client management and business development.
  • Strategic vision, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Leadership and team-building skills.
  • Availability for local and national travel
  • Driver's license
  • English B2

The role

At IDDTEK, we are looking for a Business Manager to lead our delegation in Madrid. This is a key role in business development, client relationships, and the progressive building of the team.

What you'll do

The selected person will assume the following functions and responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of the commercial strategy in the central zone.
  • Identification and acquisition of new clients, as well as the growth of existing accounts.
  • Presentation of our services (Technical Assistance, work packages, and managed services) to different levels of interlocution, including C-Level.
  • Integral management of opportunities: from detection to closing.
  • Coordination with internal teams (recruitment, engineering, management) to ensure the correct execution of projects and services
  • Progressive management of the business unit: team, growth, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Responsibility for the delegation's profit and loss (P&L) account.
