At IDDTEK, we are selecting a Maintenance Engineer to join a major industrial company in the Barakaldo area. We are looking for a professional with technical training and an interest in developing their career in the field of industrial maintenance, participating in the improvement of facility reliability, process optimization, and the implementation of maintenance strategies in a highly technological environment.

• Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Analyze breakdowns and seek the root cause.
• Define and implement improvements to increase the availability and reliability of the facilities.
• Monitor maintenance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, etc.).
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production.
• Participate in investment, automation, and facility improvement projects.
• Collaborate in safety management and compliance with industrial standards.
