What we're looking for

Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Caminos), Industrial Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a similar technical qualification.
Junior profile, with initial experience on-site or internships, or between 1 and 3 years of experience in site production.
Interest in developing a career in the construction sector.
Knowledge of planning, measurements, and site control.
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (valuable).
Driving license B.

Nice to have

Previous experience in civil works or urbanization.
Knowledge of Presto, AutoCAD, or BIM.

What you'll do

As a Junior Production Manager, you will work supporting the Site Manager in the planning, organization, and control of project execution.

Support in the planning and monitoring of site production.
Control of work execution in accordance with the established planning.
Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
Supervision of compliance with quality and safety standards.
Control of measurements, certifications, and production.
Cost monitoring and support in the economic control of the site.
Review of plans and technical documentation.
Collaboration with the Site Management and the rest of the technical team.
Resolution of incidents during the execution of the works.
