What will your duties be?

As a Junior Production Manager, you will support the Site Manager in the planning, organisation, and control of project execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and monitoring of site production.
• Controlling the execution of works in accordance with the established schedule.
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervising compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Controlling measurements, certifications, and production.
• Monitoring costs and supporting the economic control of the site.
• Reviewing drawings and technical documentation.
• Collaborating with the Site Management and the rest of the technical team.
• Resolving issues during the execution of the works.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a similar technical qualification.
• Junior profile, with initial site experience or internships, or between 1 and 3 years of experience in site production.
• Interest in building a career in the construction sector.
• Knowledge of planning, measurements, and site control.
• Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (valuable).
• Valid B driver's license.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Como Jefe/a de Producción Junior, trabajarás apoyando al Jefe/a de Obra en la planificación, organización y control de la ejecución de los proyectos.

Entre tus responsabilidades estarán:

• Apoyo en la planificación y seguimiento de la producción de obra.
• Control de la ejecución de los trabajos conforme a la planificación establecida.
• Coordinación de subcontratas y proveedores.
• Supervisión del cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
• Control de mediciones, certificaciones y producción.
• Seguimiento de costes y apoyo en el control económico de la obra.
• Revisión de planos y documentación técnica.
• Colaboración con la Dirección de Obra y el resto del equipo técnico.
• Resolución de incidencias durante la ejecución de los trabajos.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos, Ingeniería Industrial, Arquitectura Técnica o titulación técnica similar.
• Perfil junior, con experiencia inicial en obra o prácticas, o entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en producción de obra.
• Interés por desarrollar una carrera en el sector de la construcción.
• Conocimientos de planificación, mediciones y control de obra.
• Manejo de herramientas como AutoCAD, Microsoft Office y MS Project (valorable).
• Carnet de conducir B.

Valoraremos especialmente

• Experiencia previa en obras civiles o de urbanización.
• Conocimientos de Presto, AutoCAD o BIM.
• Capacidad de organización y planificación.
