The role
At IBG, we are looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for our Operations site in Albatera.
This is a key position to ensure that daily warehouse operations run with speed, order, and responsiveness, especially in a B2C environment where orders go out daily, volumes change rapidly, and every minute counts.
We are looking for a hands-on person: resolute, energetic, demanding regarding operations, and accustomed to leading large teams in high-pressure environments.
If you come from B2C/ecommerce operations, you know how to maintain control when volumes spike, and you are one of those people who, when faced with a problem, acts, reorganizes, and makes things happen, we want to meet you. 🚀
The goal is clear: to ensure that B2C operations maintain a high, agile, and efficient pace, even during moments of high workload.
What you'll do
You will coordinate and organize a large-scale operational team.
You will plan and distribute resources daily according to order volume and shipping priorities.
You will supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
You will continuously monitor productivity, work rhythms, and goal achievement.
You will react to volume deviations, absences, order backlogs, or any incident that may affect operations.
You will resolve incidents related to team organization and management.
You will give clear instructions, reorganize priorities, and make operational decisions when the situation requires it.
You will guarantee compliance with warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety.
You will detect areas for improvement and propose solutions to gain agility, productivity, and efficiency.
You will work in a coordinated manner with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the correct global functioning of the operation.
🔎 What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Shift Manager, Operations Supervisor, Logistics Team Leader, or similar position.
Demonstrable experience managing large teams, ideally of more than 40-50 people.
Experience in B2C, ecommerce, fulfillment, or high-volume order picking operations.
Very valuable to have worked in companies with demand peaks, campaigns, and high demands in preparation and shipping times.
Experience in monitoring productivity indicators and operational performance.
Ability to manage both operational incidents and those related to team organization.
Regular use of warehouse management tools, ERP, or WMS.
