Excellent writing skills and editorial judgment: you know how to find the message, adapt the tone, and distinguish a good idea from an idea that fits the brand.

The role
Brands with personality. Stories that connect. A team that you can lead.
At Illice Brands Group, we create fashion, footwear, and accessories through brands such as D.Franklin, Kalk, and Conguitos. Each one has its own identity and a way of connecting with its community.
We are looking for a Communication Team Leader to help us continue building those connections: a person with brand vision, editorial judgment, and the ability to turn ideas into plans that happen.
If you enjoy shaping a narrative, leading teams, and connecting creativity with business objectives, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
To provide coherence, relevance, and reach to the communication of IBG and its brands.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the Communication team and connect corporate communication, PR, content, and Social Media. You will translate the brand strategy into clear priorities, supporting the team from the idea to the measurement of results.
Turn strategy into a plan. Define the communication plan, its messages, audiences, channels, and objectives, adapting it to each brand.
Care for our brands' voice. Guide the tone, storytelling, and editorial criteria so that every piece of content has intention and coherence.
Drive our media presence. Direct Press and PR actions, identify opportunities, and supervise the quality of materials and coverage.
Connect Social Media with the brand strategy. Work on priorities, calendars, and content that provide relevance and connection with the community.
Give projection to our projects. Coordinate the communication of launches, collaborations, partnerships, and events with the Marketing teams.
Bring who we are closer to the team. Develop, together with People & Talent, clear, useful internal communication aligned with our culture.
Grow the team. Organize priorities, resolve blockers, provide feedback, and enhance the autonomy and development of people.
Measure, learn, and improve. Analyze results, monitor the budget, and optimize resources, tools, and collaborators. Protect the reputation of the brands and coordinate with the CMO the response to sensitive situations.
What we are looking for in you
We positively value if you have worked in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or ecommerce; in multi-brand or international environments; or in corporate communication, internal communication, and reputation management projects.
What you will find at IBG
Brands with different identities, which will allow you to work with different narratives, audiences, and creative challenges.
A role with impact, with direct interaction with the CMO and participation in relevant projects for the group.
A team to support and develop, with space to contribute judgment, propose improvements, and build a shared way of working.
Collaboration between disciplines, working with professionals in communication, creativity, image, marketing, and business.
Flexible hours for arrival and departure and intensive shifts on Fridays.
Flexible compensation.
Office lunch service with special prices.
Two external discount platforms (leisure, hospitality, wellness, etc.)
Free product every season (also for your birthday!) and exclusive discounts on our brands.
Hiring process
Apply and tell us what you can bring to IBG. If you have a portfolio or examples of campaigns, PR projects, or communication strategies that you have led, we would love to see them and learn about your role in them.
Welcome to IBG, together we make it BIG.
