DUTIES: To take on the duties of the department head in their absence. To plan and oversee the preparation of the dining room and hotel buffet, supervising the cleanliness of the dining room. To organize, in collaboration with the events manager, events held at the establishment (banquets, coffee breaks, among others). To welcome guests, providing them with information about the menu, taking their orders, billing them, and seeing them off, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any complaints. To coordinate the department's staff and the catering service with the other departments in the absence of the Maître.

REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle, Professional Training in the Hospitality Sector. Disability certificate. Advanced level of spoken and written English.

FUNCIONES: Asumir las funciones propias del/la responsable del departamento en su ausencia.Planificar e inspeccionar la preparación del comedor y buffet del restaurante, supervisando la limpieza del comedor. Organizar, en colaboración con el responsable de relaciones públicas en los eventos que se celebren en el establecimiento (banquetes, coffe, entre otras). Recibir a los clientes, dándoles información sobre la carta de platos, tomándoles las comandas, facturándolas y despidiéndoles del establecimiento comprobando su satisfacción o atendiendo sus reclamaciones. Coordinar el personal del departamento y el servicio de restauración con los otros departamentos en ausencia del Maître.

REQUISITOS: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio y o Superior, Formación Profesional en el Sector de la Hosteleria. Certificado de discapacidad. Nivel alto inglés hablado y escrito.
