The role

At ILUNION VidaSénior, we are looking to incorporate a nurse into the team of our "Virgen de la Esperanza" Senior Residence in Calasparra.

Your main role will be to ensure the health and well-being of our users, developing nursing knowledge and practices.

What you'll do

- Perform an initial assessment of the user upon admission to the center and maintain periodic follow-up.
- Assess residents/users upon admission and perform follow-ups with the established frequency.
- Perform certain coordination and supervision functions of the care outlined in the Care Plan, related to their functional area.
- Collaborate with medical and physiotherapy staff in the preparation of materials and the development of activities.
- Develop the specific programs of their department.
- Attend to the users' related needs.
- Keep users' medical records up to date and in order.
- Attend to the healthcare needs within their competence for the staff working at the center.
- Attend to residents and family members, conveying the information that has been entrusted.
- Perform stock control of medical and pharmacy supplies, placing necessary orders, receiving them, and storing them in an orderly manner.

How you'll work

WE OFFER YOU
