Requirements
What we're looking for
- Homologated degree
- Disability certificate of 33% or higher
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions
Required official qualification: TCAE (Nursing Assistant Technician) or Technician in Care for People in a Situation of Dependency (or equivalent professional qualification).
Strictness in complying with established work and care plans
High capacity for teamwork and excellent communication skills with the multidisciplinary team.
Deep sensitivity, patience, and respect towards dependent people.

The role
At Grupo Casaverde, we highlight the high involvement of our staff as an essential value, with our greatest concern being to improve the quality of life of our users. The objective of the Nursing Assistant position at Grupo Casaverde is to provide auxiliary care to users, according to their needs, under the supervision and instructions of the multidisciplinary team, supervisors, nursing staff, or the center's physician, in order to improve or maintain the current quality of life of the users.
What you'll do
- Strictly comply with the established work plan and procedures.
- Comply with the user's care plan.
- Personal hygiene and grooming of the user, preparation of materials, performing oral hygiene and dental prosthesis care, combing hair, shaving, putting on clean diapers, and dressing the user. (During the corresponding shift)
- Provide food to bedridden dependent users orally, via PEG tube, or NG tube, provided that the Nursing staff authorizes the performance of this function.
- Assistance in diaper changing and intimate hygiene of the user, always maintaining the maximum privacy and intimacy for the user.
- Organize and control the user's wardrobes and belongings.
- Collection of dirty laundry, both bedding and the user's own.
