About the role

We are looking for a Receptionist for one of our clients in Tarragona

The duties to be performed will be:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing meeting rooms.
  • Switchboard management and telephone assistance.
  • Managing mail/parcels.
  • Supporting activities related to office facilities (vending machine, air conditioning, etc.).
  • Support with basic administrative tasks.

What we're looking for

- Advanced Spanish and Catalan required.

- Previous experience in similar positions.
