What you'll get

We offer;

Full-time
Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
Salary €19,000 gross per year
Temporary agency contract (ETT) + permanent incorporation into the company

Join our team as a Real Estate Administrator!

We are looking for an organized and proactive person, with customer service skills and a passion for the real estate sector. In this position, you will be fundamental to the management of our client and property portfolio.

What you'll do

Telephone, in-person, and email customer service.
Support for the administration team in various tasks.
Management of the completion of rental contracts and the return of security deposits.
Processing and monitoring of ownership changes with utility companies.
Reception and management of incidents in the rental portfolio, coordinating with owners and tenants.
Updating data in our management systems.
Scheduling and management of property viewings.
