The role
From the IMAN Temporing office in Viladecans, we offer you the opportunity to be part of a steel and metallurgy sector company located in Zona Franca; as an Administrative Assistant, you will be key to guaranteeing the company's operational efficiency.
What you'll do
What will your duties be?
Centralized administrative management:
You will handle calls and emails from clients and internal staff.
You will register and archive incoming orders in the corporate system.
Use of company-specific software.
Coordination with group companies:
You will manage shipments, collections, and documentation shared with regional/global subsidiaries.
You will perform real-time monitoring of operational incidents.
