What you'll get
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 7:00 to 15:00

The role
We are looking to hire an administrative assistant for logistics to join a large company dedicated to cosmetics co-packing, located in Polinyà.
What you'll do
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Receiving carriers and verifying cargo.
- Stock control and management.
- Order delivery.
- Managing returns/issues with clients and follow-up.
- Registering delivery notes.
- Customer service by phone and email.
- Data entry using SAP/IRIS/GS.
- File management.
- Administrative support.
- Monthly reports and closings.
- Generating supply orders for production lines based on manufacturing needs and following up on them.
