What do we offer?

Salary of €12.65 gross/hour.
Schedule from 8:30 to 17:00h, with half an hour for lunch.
Initial contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) with a duration of 5 to 6 months, with the possibility of continuing.
Joining a specific project, with responsibility over the comprehensive management of orders and the coordination of the entire process until installation.

We are looking for a professional to comprehensively manage orders for a specific project, from their initial processing to the final installation at the client's facilities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the correct coordination of all process phases.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

Manage and process orders in SAP, performing tracking from receipt until final installation at the client.
Verify stock availability and coordinate the supply of materials to guarantee deliveries within the planned deadlines.
Track deliveries and confirm the receipt of material by the clients.
Coordinate with the Technical Service department regarding material availability and installation planning.
Manage and resolve incidents related to orders, deliveries, and material availability.
Maintain fluid communication with the various departments involved to guarantee the correct development of the project.
Track each order until the completion of the process, ensuring efficient management and a good customer experience.
