The selected person will provide support in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects, combining technical office tasks with occasional site visits.
What you'll do
Main duties
- Support in the planning, organization, and monitoring of construction projects.
- Interpretation and review of technical drawings.
- Collaboration in the preparation of budgets, measurements, and construction certifications.
- Support in the control of costs, deadlines, and technical documentation of the projects.
- Coordination and monitoring of the various execution phases, in collaboration with the technical team.
- Carrying out occasional site visits to learn about the progress of the works and provide support in their monitoring.
- Collaboration with the various professionals involved in the projects to guarantee the fulfillment of the established objectives.
