The role

A company specializing in the distribution and import of material handling equipment is looking to hire an Electromechanical After-Sales Service Technician, with a strong electronic component, combining workshop work and occasional interventions at the final customer's site.

What you'll do

Preparation and commissioning of machinery before delivery.
Configuration and parameterization of equipment using diagnostic software.
Diagnosis and repair of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
Interpretation of error codes and analysis of technical incidents.
Verification and adjustment of batteries, electric motors, controllers, and electronic systems.
Repair of damage detected during the receipt or transport of equipment.
Carrying out functional tests and quality controls prior to delivery.
Telephone and remote technical support to distributors and customers.
Assistance in advanced diagnostics and resolution of second-level incidents.
Interpretation of electrical diagrams and manufacturer technical documentation.
Technical training and advice on the operation and configuration of the equipment.
Occasional travel, mainly within Catalonia.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Electricity, Automotive, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.
Experience in diagnosis and repair of electromechanical faults.
Knowledge of electricity, electronics, and reading electrical diagrams.
Experience using diagnostic tools or parameterization software.
Ability to interpret error codes and technical documentation.
Experience as an after-sales service technician, electromechanical technician, maintenance technician, or similar.
Driving license B.
Problem-solving profile, autonomous, and with an interest in technology applied to industrial machinery.
