About the role

In line with our MIO philosophy (Integrated Maintenance Optimization), we are looking to hire an Industrial Maintenance Technician with the goal of ensuring maximum availability of production equipment, minimizing repair times, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the operational efficiency of our facilities.

You will work in a modern industrial environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are fundamental pillars, always under IFS Food v8 food safety standards and LOTO operational safety procedures.

What you'll do

Functions:

  • Execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  • Diagnosis and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults on process and packaging lines.
  • Support for condition-based maintenance (CBM) activities: thermography, ultrasound, and basic vibration analysis.
  • Management of work orders via CMMS, including recording time, materials, and fault documentation.
  • Compliance with IFS Food v8 food safety standards.
  • Rigorous application of LOTO procedures for the safe isolation of energy sources before any intervention.
  • Among other tasks specific to the job position.

Education & certifications

  • High school diploma
  • Higher-level vocational qualification in Electronics and/or Electromechanics.

Languages

  • Native Spanish speaker.
