The role

At IMAN, we are looking for Maintenance personnel. You will join a company in Mélida, Navarra.

Your role will be fundamental, as you will be the first line of intervention on the plant floor: you will ensure that machinery starts and functions correctly during your shift, supported by a team of maintenance managers.

What you'll do

Start up and verify the correct operation of machines at the beginning of the shift.
Perform calibrations and adjustments of machinery, molds, and blades.
Perform preventive inspections and functional tests to ensure efficiency.
Monitor machine performance (speed and efficiency).
Handle first-level incidents and escalate to the maintenance manager when necessary.
Support packaging and labeling lines (for example, film changes).
Perform technical cleaning of machines and molds.
Comply with quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards.
