The role

An important company in the industrial and construction sector is looking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator to lead the technical and operational management of a fleet of construction machinery and equipment, both owned and rented.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of construction machinery and equipment.
Manage a fleet composed of owned equipment and rented machinery.
Initially lead a team of 2 maintenance technicians, with prospects for departmental growth.
Plan interventions and ensure the operational availability of the equipment.
Monitor breakdowns, repairs, and associated costs.
Coordinate external suppliers and machinery rental companies.
Manage spare parts, tools, and the technical needs of the area.
Implement improvements in maintenance processes, documentary control, and planning.
Collaborate closely with operations to guarantee the correct execution of projects.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in the coordination or supervision of maintenance for industrial machinery, public works, construction, earthmoving, or similar equipment.
Technical knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and fault diagnosis.
Ability to lead teams and organize resources.
Proactive profile, oriented towards continuous improvement and the growth of the area.
Technical training in maintenance, electromechanics, or engineering is valued.
Availability to work in Tres Cantos.
