• Experience as a spare parts specialist or in a similar position in the industrial, agricultural, construction, etc. sector.
• Solid knowledge of basic mechanics and spare part references.
• Proficiency in spare parts management software and electronic catalogs.
• Customer service skills and commercial orientation.
• Dynamic person with a customer orientation.
• Proactive person with communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Availability for immediate start

• Attend to and advise customers in the identification and supply of spare parts.
• Prepare quotes, orders, invoicing, and sales follow-up.
• Consult catalogs to locate correct references.
• Manage warehouse stock: reception, control, location, and replenishment of parts.
• Coordinate orders with suppliers and goods transport.
• Keep records updated in the management system (ERP).
