Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics, Industrial Mechatronics, Maintenance, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial warehouse, spare parts, or replacements within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in ERP (SAP is valued).
Stable professional career and consolidated experience in the current company.
Organized, methodical, rigorous, and responsible person.

Nice to have

Residing in Binéfar or surrounding areas is valued.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are looking for an organized, rigorous person with a technical mindset to join the warehouse and spare parts management area of a consolidated industrial company located in Binéfar (Huesca).

We are not just looking for someone to move material. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of traceability, control, and every single reference, in a demanding industrial environment where detail is non-negotiable.

Guarantee the correct management, control, and traceability of materials and spare parts, ensuring their availability for production and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. You will be a key link between Production, Purchasing, and Quality.

What you'll do

Receipt and verification of materials.
Documentary control of entries and exits.
Physical organization of the warehouse.
Stock control and inventories.
Preparation of material for production.
Management of references in ERP.
Placing orders for certain components.
Coordination with Purchasing regarding needs or incidents.
Compliance with internal procedures.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00; Friday from 7:00 to 15:00.
