Spare Parts Advisor

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spare Parts Specialist, Spare Parts Advisor, or in similar positions in the automotive, industrial vehicle, or heavy machinery sector.
• Proficiency in spare parts management IT tools (experience with dealership systems or official manufacturers is valued).
• Communication skills, sales orientation, teamwork, and initiative for problem-solving.
• Organization, dynamism, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Driving license B.
• Residence near the workplace is valued.

• Vocational or Technical Training in Automotive, Commercial, Administration, Logistics, or related areas.

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

We need a Spare Parts Advisor to work in an automotive sector company, in the Mérida area, performing the following functions:

- Direct customer service at the counter, by telephone, and online for the identification and management of spare parts and accessories for industrial vehicles.

- Professional advice on products, references, and compatibilities to provide effective solutions to customer needs.

- Order management and preparation of spare parts quotes, ensuring correct documentation and a rapid response.

- Reception, control, replenishment, and efficient storage of spare parts in the dealership warehouse.

- Active collaboration with the workshop and aftersales team to guarantee fluidity in the delivery and assembly of parts.

- Use of spare parts management software and internal dealership computer systems.

- Resolution of inquiries, claims, and incidents, prioritizing continuous improvement in the customer experience.

- Participation in commercial campaigns and special spare parts promotions.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
