Accounting Technician

• Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration and Finance
• 2 years of previous experience.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and administrative management.
• Proficiency in Excel and business management tools (ERP).
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual.
• Driving license B and own vehicle.

• Permanent contract.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
• Immediate start.
• Schedule: M-F from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00h

Administrative management

• Manage and supervise customer invoicing.
• Provide support in the management of sales delivery notes, orders, and rates.
• Review and validate purchase delivery notes.
• Prepare bank remittances, promissory notes, and other operations with financial institutions.
• Organize and maintain the company's administrative, contractual, and tax documentation.
• Collaborate in the preparation of information for internal and external audits.

• Record and account for supplier invoices.
• Participate in monthly accounting closings.
• Perform bank reconciliations and record treasury movements.
• Reconcile customer and supplier balances, identifying incidents, differences, and collection or payment risks.
• Analyze the aging of balances to facilitate portfolio monitoring and financial management.
• Review the consistency between purchases, delivery notes, and accounting records.
• Collaborate in the preparation of economic reports and reports for management.

• Detect deviations, errors, or areas for improvement in administrative and accounting processes.
• Contribute to making financial information a useful tool for decision-making.
• Participate in process optimization and digitalization projects.
