Requirements:
- Training as an Engineer or Vocational Training (FP), preferably related to installations, construction, or electricity.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical office, budgeting, and construction purchasing.
- Driver's license.
- Experience in the tertiary sector.
- Demonstrable experience in budgeting for electrical installations and works.
- Experience in the management and monitoring of electrical installation works.
- Proficiency in Baseges. Experience in Presto will be valued as an alternative.

The role
From IMAN Global Consulting, a consultancy for the selection of technical and specialized profiles. We are looking for a Budget and Technical Office Technician (Electrical installation works) for a company located in Aldaia, Valencia.
What you'll do
Main duties:
- Preparation, drafting, and monitoring of construction and installation budgets.
- Development and interpretation of technical drawings.
- Management, sourcing, and development of suppliers.
- Requesting, comparing, and monitoring quotes for materials and services.
- Technical and economic monitoring of works.
- Support for the site team regarding modifications, changes, and needs arising during execution.
- Preparation and updating of measurements and budgets.
- Coordination with suppliers, the site, and the projects department.
- Monitoring of electrical installation works, participating in their planning, control, and incident resolution.
- Regular use of the Baseges program for the preparation and management of budgets.
