The role

We are looking for a Technical Office Technician to join a construction and civil engineering company in Ourense. The selected person will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to construction projects, performing the monitoring of certifications, planning and technical documentation, as well as the management of bids and tenders.

What you'll do

Management and monitoring of technical documentation for the works.
Preparation, review, and control of construction certifications.
Planning and monitoring of projects, deadlines, and execution progress.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for the interpretation and preparation of plans.
Preparation of budgets and measurements using Presto.
Preparation and management of documentation for tenders and bids.
Management of bids through public and private procurement platforms.
Coordination with site teams for the monitoring of costs, measurements, and planning.
Documentary control and support for the technical management of projects.

Requirements

Technical training related to construction, civil engineering, or building.
Previous experience in a technical office within the construction sector.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Presto.
Knowledge of certifications, measurements, budgets, and construction planning.
Experience in the preparation of bids and management of tendering platforms.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
