The role

We are looking to hire a full-time, temporary Receptionist-Administrator for our IMQ Amarika Medical Center, located in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Araba).

The selected person will be responsible for managing the reception of said center, carrying out, among others, the following functions:

- In-person and telephone patient care

- Management and coordination of medical schedules

- Appointment scheduling and confirmation

- Patient reception and registration

- Administrative and documentary management

- Collection of consultation fees and cash management

- Processing of authorizations with insurance companies

- Coordination with the medical team and other areas of the center

- Incident resolution and patient care
