The role

INCOSA, an engineering and consulting company, participates in the development of large-scale industrial infrastructure that integrates buildings, urban development, external infrastructure, and advanced systems supporting operations.

We are looking for professionals with experience in highly demanding technical and organizational environments.

What you'll do

Supervision of urban development and civil works.
Monitoring of earthworks and paving.
Coordination of utility networks and drainage.
Technical review of construction projects.
Control of execution, quality, and planning.
Coordination with contractors, design consultants, and construction management.

What are we looking for?

We are hiring a specialist in urban development and civil engineering with experience in large-scale industrial and logistics projects, capable of leading the technical supervision of external infrastructure and associated civil works.

Any of the following:

Architecture.
Technical Architecture.
Engineering.
Technical Engineering.

Experience

At least 10 years of experience.
Experience in projects, construction management, technical assistance, or Project Management.
Participation in industrial or logistics works totaling more than €163 million.
Participation in at least one project exceeding €82 million.

Technical knowledge

Urban development.
Civil engineering.
Road infrastructure.
Utility networks.
Drainage.
Construction management and site supervision.
