As an Integration Specialist professional, you will be part of the SAP Consulting unit at SEIDOR.

In this unit, we help organizations in their transformation towards becoming intelligent companies, connecting processes, departments, and functions through integral business management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation.

You will lead implementation projects, and perform the configuration, optimization, and support of SAP systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customized solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other corporate systems, especially with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, or SAP ERP.

• Configure and optimize integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB) in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).

• Develop and adapt programs in ABAP to cover specific integration and customization needs within SAP systems.

• Implement and support Point to Point (PTP) integrations between Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring correct data transfer and consistency.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements, proposing efficient, scalable integration solutions aligned with the client's architecture.

• Participate in implementation, migration, or upgrade projects of SuccessFactors environments, especially in complex integration scenarios.

• Perform unit, integral, and regression testing of the developed interfaces, as well as providing support during UAT and production phases.

• Provide advanced technical support, incident resolution, and continuous optimization of existing integrations.
