Advanced Algorithm Design and Development Engineer (Deep Learning)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Algorithm Development.
• Solid experience in digital signal processing (DSP), time-frequency analysis, statistical and probabilistic modeling, and robust feature extraction.
• Development of hybrid architectures combining physical foundations with advanced deep learning techniques applied to spectrograms, time sequences, and complex signal representations.
• Ability to work at a low level with deep learning models: design and fine-tuning of architectures, numerical optimization, training debugging, stability and generalization analysis, efficient implementation, and reproducibility control.
• Experience in good experimentation practices (versioning, rigorous validation, bias control, operational metrics) and deployment in high-performance environments (HPC, GPU, latency and throughput optimization).

💡 What will you do?

• Responsible for the design and development of advanced algorithms for electromagnetic spectrum analysis in complex and contested environments.
• Specialization in source separation and blind source separation, robust signal detection and classification under low SNR and high spectral congestion, as well as identification and tracking of non-cooperative emitters.
• Senior profile with an end-to-end vision: algorithmic architecture definition, validation in realistic scenarios, and technical leadership in critical defense projects, prioritizing robustness, interpretability, and real-time performance.
