As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team with an Engineering Delivery Lead - Automatic Test Systems (ATS) for strategic defense projects.

What you'll do

💡 What will you do?

Lead the planning, monitoring, and delivery of automatic test benches and systems (ATS - Automatic Test Systems) within complex technological programs.
The selected person will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensuring the correct execution of projects, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, and technical requirements in the delivery of test systems. The role will act as a reference point for test solutions within the program, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and the client.
Main responsibilities
Lead the management and monitoring of automatic test bench and system projects.
Coordinate hardware, software, integration, and testing engineering teams.
Plan and supervise the technical execution and integration of test systems.
Ensure compliance with deadlines, milestones, and contractual deliverables.
Manage technical risks, incidents, and planning deviations.
Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and the supply chain to ensure equipment availability.
Act as the technical liaison with the client and program managers.
Supervise verification, validation, and acceptance processes for test systems.
Coordinate technical reviews, acceptance tests, and deliveries of test benches.
Report project progress, milestones, and risks to the Project and Program Manager of the SAT area.
