The role
We are looking to hire a Software Development and Systems Integration Manager to participate in strategic programs within the defense sector.
The selected candidate will assume technical leadership and team coordination in complex, regulated environments, actively participating in the design, development and integration of systems and ensuring compliance with technical, quality and applicable regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Technically lead the development and integration of software solutions.
- Coordinate internal and subcontracted teams.
- Participate in the design and integration of complex systems.
- Define and govern system architectures in accordance with NAF v4.
- Apply MBSE approaches throughout the entire system lifecycle.
- Maintain technical communication with the client and with different internal areas.
- Guarantee the correct alignment and execution of projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements and military regulations.
