As a leading company in the Defense sector, we are looking for a Project Delivery Support professional to work in Madrid under a hybrid model.

• Provide support for comprehensive project management, covering scope, planning, costs, risks, and quality.

• Assist the PMO in defining, implementing, and improving processes and procedures.

• Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for unit monitoring.

• Track the technical and financial progress of projects, ensuring milestones are met.

• Manage planning and schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

• Identify project risks (technical and planning-related) and collaborate on defining mitigation plans.

• Coordinate information among different teams and project stakeholders.

• Use collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Trello) for work management.

• Document project status and prepare reports for different levels of stakeholders.

✅ Minimum experience:
+2 years in project management or project management support (PMO).

✅ Technical skills:

• Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Methodologies: PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL.
• Use of SharePoint (lists, document management, and workflows).
• Proficiency with collaborative tools (Teams, Jira, Trello).
• Knowledge of CA Clarity (valuable).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Use of Visio for process documentation.
• Basic knowledge of automation or applied AI (valuable).

• Data analysis and reporting.

• Identifying and managing technical and planning risks.
