What we're looking for

🎯 Requirements

Experience as a Vendor Management PMO.
Experience in the retail sector.
Experience managing and controlling IT projects as a Project Manager or Service Manager.
Ability to manage complex situations, resolve conflicts, and redirect projects when necessary.
Communication and leadership skills, with the ability to connect with teams and build relationships of trust.
Knowledge and experience in predictive frameworks (Waterfall, among others).
Knowledge and experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Knowledge of PMBOK, ITIL and other IT management best practices.
Knowledge of the software product lifecycle.
Experience in financial management of projects and services.

We are looking for a Vendor Management PMO with experience in the retail sector and a solid track record in the management and control of IT projects and services, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders, guaranteeing the achievement of objectives, and providing solutions in complex situations. ✅ Main functions

What you'll do

Management and monitoring of technology providers and strategic partners.
Control and governance of IT projects and services.
Coordination between technical teams, business, and external providers.
Supervision of compliance with milestones, deadlines, costs, and service levels.
Identification and mitigation of risks, proposing action and improvement plans.
Financial monitoring of projects and services.
Preparation of monitoring reports and reporting for management.
Promotion of project management methodologies and best practices.
