Requirements
What we're looking for
✅ Experience (3-4 years) in systems integration and management of multi-project environments.
✅ Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies (IEEE 15288) and integration.
✅ Experience in variant management and coordination of complex developments.
✅ Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar).
✅ Knowledge of product definition and technical documentation (SRS, HRS, SRD, etc.).
✅ Experience in ATM environments, especially in radars or associated systems (intermediate technical background desirable).
✅ Experience in cost estimation, planning and resource management.
✅ Knowledge of development processes (PDR, CDR, TRR, FDR) and associated documentation.

The role
Technical Manager (ATM Engineering Coordination) - Madrid, Hybrid
What you'll do
- Coordinate the activities of the engineering group for delivery to development and investment projects.
- Plan and ensure alignment between engineering, production, prototype procurement and other business units.
- Manage the integration of developments and releases to guarantee compatibility between primary radar systems and associated solutions.
- Oversee the planning and compliance of milestones, roadmap and product baselines.
- Act as a technical interface between different teams and areas involved.
- Coordinate the generation and review of technical documentation (design, tests, specifications, release notes, etc.).
- Ensure the correct product definition (ICAs, IPFs, REEF, product tree) and its follow-up.
- Participate in the estimation of costs, resources and workloads.
- Drive configuration management and version control in multi-project environments.
