You must supervise the key activities described in the project's technical solution:

Network and Node Architecture Supervision:

- Physical and logical redundancy control: Verify that server equipment and storage cabinets are divided into independent racks to avoid single points of failure.

- Serial/IP communications validation: Supervise the installation of terminal servers that allow the integration of remote control lines into the client's TCP/IP network.

Integration Management with External Systems:

- MIE (External Interface Machine) Configuration: Validate the correct subscription and publication of field statuses and train numbers to external systems (SIV, SITRA, etc.) via XML and JMS protocols.

- SITRA+ Integration: Control the operability of the connector with the automatic route selector/numberer (ARS) and the visual representation of its statuses in the CTC.

Testing and Commissioning Control:

- Field and laboratory testing: Coordinate Database concordance tests and functionality tests (points, signals, interlocking) on renewed interlockings.

- Pre-production Environment Management: Use this isolated environment to validate new software versions and graphic configurations before they move to real operation.

- Power Testing: Supervise the installation of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and zero-crossing power switches for operator workstations.

Audit and Documentation:

- Cybersecurity Audits: Collaborate in the port scanning, vulnerability analysis, and "White box" security policy compliance phases.

- Document Control: Ensure the preparation and delivery of plans and operating manuals in both paper and digital formats.
