BMS & Electronic Security Manager

Education

• Higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Sales, or related disciplines.
• MBA is highly valued.
• High level of English and Spanish.

Experience

• More than 10 years of experience in leadership positions within technology consulting or solution integration companies.
• Proven experience in the Industry 4.0, Energy, Utilities, and/or Security sector.
• Consolidated track record in business development and key account management.
• Experience in the definition and execution of strategies oriented towards growth, profitability, and sustainability.
• Management of complex organizational structures and high-demand environments.

Technical knowledge

Experience and knowledge in the following will be valued:

• OT and SCADA systems.
• Industrial IoT.
• PLCs and automation.

• Asset Management Systems.

Essential requirements

✅ Management of a P&L exceeding 5 million euros.
✅ Direction of teams of more than 50 people.
✅ At least 5 years of experience in technological integrators or industry-leading companies (Indra, Capgemini, Alten, Altran, SICE, ETRA, among others).
✅ Deep knowledge of the Industry 4.0, Energy, and/or Security markets.
✅ Demonstrated ability to generate business and develop high-level relationships with strategic clients.

We are looking for an Industry & Security Director with a solid track record in business development, key account management, and operational leadership within the fields of Industry 4.0, Energy, Utilities, and Security.

The selected person will be responsible for driving the growth of the unit, leading high-performance multidisciplinary teams, and managing strategic technological projects for some of the most relevant companies in the market, including IBEX 35 accounts.

This is a position with a direct impact on strategy, profitability, and business evolution.

Main responsibilities

• Define and implement the commercial and growth strategy of the business unit.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic clients, identifying new business and expansion opportunities.
• Lead innovative projects related to Industry 4.0, OT systems, IoT, industrial automation, security, and digitalization.
• Participate in high-level negotiations with C-Level stakeholders.
• Design commercial action plans and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability objectives.
• Manage the profit and loss (P&L), guaranteeing the fulfillment of financial and operational objectives.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of more than 50 professionals distributed across Spain and Latin America.
• Drive talent development, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results orientation.
• Establish strategic alliances with clients, partners, associations, and key industry players.
