Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex IT projects.
- High level of English (minimum B2/C1), with the ability to conduct meetings and negotiations with international teams.
- Proactive, results-oriented profile.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to understand architectures, developments, integrations, and common technical issues in IT projects.
- Availability to work on-site in Sant Cugat del Vallès 2 to 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM ecosystem).
- Experience in multinational companies.
- PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.

The professional will simultaneously manage different corporate projects, including initiatives related to Salesforce, acting as a coordination point between business, technical teams, and providers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, quality, and budget.
