What we're looking for

What you'll do
- Participate in transformational projects for the business, related to data management throughout its entire cycle. From strategy, through process improvement, data engineering, data quality, and up to its exploitation. Always relying on technology.
- Collaborate in the ideation of the value proposition of the unit in coordination with the rest of the company's teams.
- End-to-end project management with a high digital component ensuring deadlines and the quality of deliverables
- Keep yourself updated with trends and advances in the Banking, Financial and/or Insurance Sector and identifying opportunities for improvement in all areas.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with different stakeholders and lead specific lines of the master plan
- Foster the development of other members of the team and the client by mentoring the growth of the junior team
- Support in the preparation of commercial approaches and proposals and collaboration alongside the rest of the team in the unit's master plan.
