From Inetum North, we are looking for a professional as a Process Consultant with proven experience in process consulting within the IT fields, at both executive and operational levels, for the achievement of reengineering and process analysis projects, working methodologies, and digital transformation.

At least 3 years of experience and knowledge in the handling of IT service processes and procedures is required, as well as knowledge of DORA regulations or similar. Use of business process modeling tools, training in project management methodologies, and a high level of client interaction.
