As an N2 GNU/Linux Systems Technician and Device Management (UEM) you will be part of our team in the Support Center, where we perform specialized incident resolution to provide rapid responses to service requests related to Microsoft, Azure, and on-premise environments.

- Collaborate with different technical teams in the resolution of complex incidents, recurring problems, and high-criticality situations.
- Perform administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement tasks for the platforms, ensuring their stability, performance, and availability.
- Monitor the status of the systems, proactively identifying possible risks or incidents before they impact the service.
- Participate in the analysis, monitoring, and escalation of incidents, contributing to process optimization and infrastructure evolution.
