About the role

What will your job involve?:

You will join the electronics and traction department, located in Las Matas.

Your mission as a Communication, Information and Entertainment Systems Engineer will be to carry out the definition of architecture, specification, design, integration, verification and validation of onboard communication, passenger information, entertainment and CCTV systems.

To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:

  • Develop and validate the concept, sizing, architecture, attributes, functionality, specifications, detailed design, interfaces with other onboard communication, passenger information, entertainment and CCTV systems and with ground systems, and any other technical documentation for the aforementioned systems.
  • Technical management of its suppliers, ensuring compliance with the requirements applicable to each project and providing the necessary information for their proper integration with other systems and with the product in general, on time, with the required quality and cost.

What we are looking for in you

  • Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation or similar.
  • Experience in the complete lifecycle management of passenger information, public address, entertainment, CCTV, and communication network systems: architecture definition, specification, design, integration and testing.
  • Proven experience in managing suppliers and vendors, mainly for the aforementioned systems, from the bidding phase to final acceptance.
  • Knowledge of drafting technical specifications, documentation and test protocols, and requirements management and traceability.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience in OT cybersecurity is desirable.

Languages

  • Advanced level of English (B2)
