• More than 4 years of experience in development on the SISnet platform.
• Practical knowledge of recent SISnet versions (ideally SISnet 11 or higher).
• Previous experience in insurance environments and functional business knowledge

As a Senior Developer at SISnet, you will be responsible for actively participating in the analysis, development, and maintenance of technological solutions on the SISnet platform. You will work in collaboration with technical architects, functional analysts, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-value and high-quality deliveries.

• Participate in the technical and functional analysis of business requirements.
• Develop robust, scalable solutions aligned with the architecture defined in SISnet.
• Maintain and evolve the different modules of the insurance core (Issuance, Claims, Receipts, CRM, etc.).
• Perform unit testing, code review, and deployment support.
• Document developments and integrations in a clear and structured manner.
• Propose technical improvements and optimizations of existing processes.
• Collaborate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of the systems.

• Development and maintenance of native SISnet components:
  • User screens (TLI1 and TLI2), business rules, batch processes and BPM, internal services and business engine configurations, Zero Code..
• Customization of key modules:
  • Issuance, Claims, CRM, Collections, Reinsurance, Multi-rating, Receipts, among others.
• Expert use of the SISnet BackOffice for functional and technical configuration.
• Experience with SISnet  environments (new service-based architecture).

• Development and scripting with:
  • Java: development of custom logic, connectors, and integration with external systems.
  • JavaScript and jQuery: frontend manipulation within the SISnet environment.
• Generation and manipulation of structures in XML, XSLT and JSON.

• Advanced handling of relational databases:
  • Creation and optimization of stored procedures, triggers, functions and views
  • Performing joins, filters, groupings (GROUP BY) and simple or correlated subqueries.
  • Interpretation of data from views and tables of the SISnet data model.
  • Creation and execution of queries for functional analysis and data validation.
• Standard environment: Microsoft SQL Server (knowledge of other databases such as Oracle at a query level will be valued).

• Development and consumption of SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Implementation of connectors and APIs to and from SISnet.
• Experience in integrations with third-party systems:
  • Document management systems, digital signature platforms, BI/Reporting, ERP, etc.
• Use of WS-Security, digital certificates, JWT and OAuth 2.0.

• Version control with Git (GitLab/GitHub).
• Test and deployment automation with Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment environments (CI/CD pipelines).

• Unit and integration testing.
• Functional validations.
• Quality control and collaborative code review.
• Experience in environments with automated testing or test-driven development (TDD) coverage.

• Working under agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with tools such as JIRA, Trello or Azure Boards.
• Active participation in daily meetings, sprint plannings, retrospectives and agile task tracking.
