We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who enjoys building practical technical solutions for real-world problems.

You'll work across different client environments, connecting APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and internal systems to build automations and AI-powered workflows. You'll need to quickly understand how a customer operates, identify where technology can make the biggest impact, and then build and deploy the solution.

This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on integrations, automation, and AI. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, moves quickly, and is comfortable working across multiple projects and technical environments.

• Design, build, and maintain automations connecting APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and internal systems.
• Build custom integrations, scripts, webhooks, and lightweight services when no-code or low-code tools aren't enough.
• Work with platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier and know when to use them versus writing custom code.
• Manage multiple client environments and configurations while keeping solutions reliable, documented, and maintainable.
• Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered workflows using tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs.
• Work with prompting, tool/function calling, retrieval, structured outputs, and agent workflows.
• Identify practical opportunities to use AI to automate repetitive or operationally complex tasks.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI and automation landscape.
• Quickly understand new client environments, technical stacks, and workflows.
• Work directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities and turn them into reliable production systems.
• Monitor, debug, and improve solutions in production, handling errors, rate limits, retries, and edge cases.

• You enjoy variety and switching between different technical environments.
• You move quickly while still caring about reliability and maintainability.
• You're pragmatic and choose the simplest solution that works.
• You're curious about AI and excited about what agents can automate.
• You take ownership and don't need everything mapped out before you start.
• You document your work so other people can understand and build on it.
