Marketing and Business Development Internship

Located at our Beasain plant, the person joining will support the sector and the sales and marketing departments, to ensure that the actions carried out are aligned with Ingeteam's global strategy and image.

• Organization of sector trade fairs in coordination with Ingeteam Marketing.

• Launch of product/sector videos in coordination with Ingeteam Marketing.

• Meets the production needs for commercial tools oriented towards the promotion of a product/service in their sector: catalogs, sales presentations, etc., in coordination with the resources (including graphics) and the guidelines set by Ingeteam Marketing.

• Updates information relating to their sector on the Ingeteam website in coordination with Ingeteam Marketing and Communication.

• Proposes the launch of press releases regarding their products/services to Ingeteam Communication.

• Publication of sector content (product/market) on social media, following the guidelines and style set by Ingeteam Communication.

• Leads the relationship with specific business sector associations in coordination with Ingeteam Marketing.

• Executes digital marketing campaigns oriented towards the promotion of a product/service in their sector, in coordination with Ingeteam Marketing.

• Manages, in coordination with the sales team, market analysis actions, benchmarking, positioning, competition, customer service...

• Organization of customer-oriented sales days for their sector in coordination with Ingeteam Marketing.

• Must not have had work experience after completing studies. The internship will be carried out through the Novia Salcedo Foundation (3+9 months). Essential to apply for the internship: be under 30 years old, have had no employment contract with Social Security registration since the completion of higher studies, nor have had another internship (internship experiences held through internship agreements—projects carried out for the completion of a degree/master's—do not count as internship experience).

WE OFFER:
Possibility of carrying out a 12-month internship through the Novia Salcedo Foundation (3 + 9 months).
The person joining will work in a team alongside department members, participating in company projects, allowing them to experience the company's operations firsthand and acquire a very enriching personal experience.
